Artist and educator, Hugh Pockcok is weighing all of his food and drink and all of his urine and shit. The difference between the two weights is approximately what has been transformed into Energy. "This energy is what moves my body and mind. During this period of time I am finding that I am able to more closely observe the passage of energy as it moves from the food that I eat, tthrough my body and then, through the many interactions I have, out into the world."
